What we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, email, and message. Used to respond to your inquiry and nothing else.
- Phone calls and walk-ins— we may keep a repair ticket with your name, contact info, and instrument details. Used to manage your job and contact you when it's ready.
- Analytics — if we use website analytics, it is privacy-first (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers).
What we don't do
- No selling your contact info to anyone, ever.
- No advertising or remarketing pixels.
- No e-commerce — payments are handled in person at the shop.
How we protect your information
Repair tickets and contact records are stored in our shop management system and accessed only by Idaho Music Co. staff. We use reasonable security measures appropriate to a small retail business. No system is 100% secure, but we take care with what you give us.
Deletion requests
